Terms and Conditions


  • By making the “25% First Payment” you are agreeing to a Half-Term’s notice* to withdraw from lessons. A written notice should be sent to the Head of Langley Hall Music Academy via email to info@langleyhallmusicacademy.co.uk;


  • If a Pupil stops attending lessons while a half-term is ongoing, the Pupil is not entitled to a refund of any fees paid for that half-term or the next;


  • Please note that if a Pupil misses a lesson, that lesson cannot be refunded or made up unless under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Head of Langley Hall Music Academy;


  • The remaining 75% of the term’s fees will be paid in TWO instalments:

  1.   The 2nd payment will be due before the lessons start in the Summer Term, on the 17th of April 2021;

  2.   The 3rd payment will be due on the 14th of June 2021;


  • You may be entitled to a 5% discount on the total of a term’s fees if one of these situations apply to you

  1.   your are enrolling two or more siblings for lessons at LHMA;

  2.   a Pupil is enrolled in two or more instruments at LHMA;


  • This discount will only apply for individual lessons, not group lessons;


  • If you are entitled to a discount, a Voucher Code will be sent to you before the 3rd payment is due and will be applied then


* For the year 2021, the half-terms’ notice dates will be May 29th and October 23rd
